Terms & Conditions

Hikora is a technology academy for young people aged 7-18. Classes are taught in person in Leicester. There are no online, live-online or remote classes.

Asking for a free trial lesson or joining the weekday waiting list carries no obligation and no payment. Sending the trial lesson form is a request rather than a confirmed booking: we call you within 24 hours to agree a time, and confirm it by email. Our Tech Academy classes are booked separately, with full details and current pricing confirmed before you pay; the payment and cancellation terms that apply are set out in the next section.

Classes are billed as a simple monthly subscription. There is no long-term contract and no minimum term: you can pause or cancel at any time, without a cancellation fee.

We don't refund individual missed sessions - pausing your membership exists for exactly that. If we have to cancel a session and can't offer your child an alternative, we will credit or refund it.

Families with more than one child at Hikora receive a sibling discount, confirmed at enrolment.

Current fees and payment schedules are confirmed at the point of enrolment and form part of these terms.

The safety of every child is our priority. We expect respectful conduct from all participants and will run our classes accordingly. Full details are set out in our Safeguarding & Child Protection policy, available from the footer of this site.

Course materials remain our property. Projects your child creates belong to them - we're just proud to help build them.

We will deliver our services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
