Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 8 June 2026

These terms govern your use of the Hikora website and services. By using our site or booking a class, you agree to them.

Our services

Hikora provides technology education for young people aged 7-18, delivered online and in selected UK locations.

Bookings & the waiting list

Joining the waiting list or registering interest carries no obligation and no payment. Our weekly and weekend Tech Academy classes are booked separately, with full details, pricing and cancellation terms confirmed before you pay.

Payments & cancellations

Fees, payment schedules and cancellation terms are provided at the point of enrolment and form part of these terms.

Safeguarding & conduct

The safety of every child is our priority. We expect respectful conduct from all participants and manage our classes accordingly. Full details are set out in our Safeguarding & Child Protection policy, available from the footer of this site.

Intellectual property

Course materials remain our property. Projects your child creates belong to them - we're just proud to help build them.

Liability

We deliver our services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

This document is a template prepared for the website build and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before launch.
